Creative Library

This article will introduce you how to use the AdsPolar creative library, including how to upload creative and how to manage them.

1.How to upload creative

1.1 Click to Upload Creative

1.2 Select the folder/tag/designer/creator and upload the creative

*The maximum number of creative to be uploaded at a time is 100 pieces, and the maximum number of video creative is 30 pieces

1.3 Fill in batch prefix and creative group

1.4 Click Save to complete the upload.

2.Upload the creative folder

At the same time, it also supports local uploading of folders. Click Upload Folder to upload a folder from the local computer, and the subfolders and creative files in the folder will be uploaded.

3. How to manage assets

3.1 Manage creative library & creative folder

• Support the creation of personal creative libraries.

• Support the creation of multi-level folders, open the created creative library on the left, and click New Folder to create up to 20 levels of folders.

• The company administrator/sub-administrator/media buy manager/design manager can create and manage the Team Creative Library, and set the sharing scope. Users with permission can upload and manage creatives together in the team creative library.

• Subfolders in My Library and Team Library can be moved by dragging.

3.2 View all the creatives in the folder with one click

Check Show subfolder material to display all creatives in this folder, including all creatives in subfolders.

3.3 Add material delivery data in material library list

Add material delivery data in the list mode of the creative library, you can view the data performance of each material, and click Columns to select more data indicators.

3.4 Edit tags

Click the icon to custom the label for your creative. The creative label is visible across the company, helping you efficiently manage different types of creatives.

3.5 Filter

Support creative filtering function, including creative group/designer/label/creator/type/size/source/approval status/creation time/rejection information.

After selecting, click Save as template for easy recall next time.

3.6 Batch operations

Support bulk operations, including push/download/edit tags/edit designers/edit creative people/edit material groups/edit make cost/edit status/edit remark/copy/move/delete.

3.7 View creative details

Click the thumbnail to view the creative details.
